📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with the regional manager to ensure store goals are met.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
