• Oversee the maintenance, operation, and optimization of our facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance and operation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali, Indonesia.
• Certification in Building Maintenance Management (BMM) or a related field is a plus.
