📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws.Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify areas for improvement.Provide financial advice and support to senior management on financial matters.Manage relationships with external auditors and tax consultants.Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other financial transactions.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with at least 3 years in a senior role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in English and Indonesian.🛠️ Keahlian
