📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Control inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Monitor food costs and ensure efficient use of resources.,Participate in menu development and cost analysis.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
