Oversee the day-to-day operations of airline and hospitality clients, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of operations with overall business objectives.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.,Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading operations teams.,Strong knowledge of industry best practices and operational standards.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with operational software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
