📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury residential and commercial properties.,Develop and implement effective property management strategies to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue.,Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure the properties are well-maintained and attractive to tenants.,Manage tenant relations and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular property inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to attract and retain high-quality tenants.,Monitor and analyze property performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in property management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a luxury residential or commercial setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing and overseeing property portfolios.,Strong understanding of local market trends, regulations, and best practices in property management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Knowledge of property management software and systems is a plus.
