📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and implement training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop training plans.,Facilitate training sessions and provide guidance and support to participants.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate training into the overall business strategy.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
