📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and conducting of training programs and workshops.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure the quality and relevance of training content.,Facilitate training sessions and provide support to participants.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure effectiveness and impact.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the administration of training budgets and resources.,Support the Training Officer in any other related duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for learning and development.
