As a Caregiver at Circle Time Preschool and Daycare, you will be part of a team that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children aged 2-5 years. Your daily tasks will include assisting with activities, helping with meals, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our young students. Located in the heart of Banten, our facility is equipped with modern facilities and a dedicated team of educators and caregivers.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist with daily activities and routines for children aged 2-5 years
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Assist with educational activities and play-based learning
- Document and report on children's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to ensure a holistic approach to childcare
- Implement and follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to children and their families
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood education or childcare
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (CPR, First Aid, or similar)
- Diploma in Child Development or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and as part of a larger organization
- Passion for working with young children and fostering their development
- Familiarity with early childhood education software and tools
- Ability to lift and carry young children as needed
