📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job advertising to candidate selection.,Screen and evaluate job applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluations.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit with potential candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure efficient and effective recruitment strategies.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
