As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting the best candidates.,Maintain employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their performance.,Handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, in a fair and impartial manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that HR activities align with the company's strategic goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
