PT Duta Emas is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to facilitate their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
