📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of vehicles.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and other key performance indicators to optimize fleet performance.,Handle vehicle bookings, reservations, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections and servicing of vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
