📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.,Ensure food quality and safety through proper handling and storage.,Prepare and present daily specials and menu items.,Participate in menu development and cost control initiatives.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of menu planning and cost control.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
