We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our team at Sky Royal Lestari in Bintaro. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Monitor and control internal controls to ensure financial accuracy.,Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with the last 5 years in a senior or leadership role.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
