📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll for Singapore employees using Paycor and Workday systems.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure accurate processing.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports and statements.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in payroll audits and ensure accuracy of payroll records.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Familiarity with Paycor and Workday payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in payroll processing is a plus.
