In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials at competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of materials and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to purchasing.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies to support business goals.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely procurement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
