📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and achievement of company objectives.,Manage team schedules, including shifts and breaks, to ensure optimal coverage.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, discipline, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at team meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in remote team management is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel as needed for team meetings and events.
