📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRBP or a similar role, with a strong background in strategic HR consulting.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives and driving business results.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is a plus.
