Code Store Cemerlang is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and software.,Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
