📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
• Assist in food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables.
• Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Follow and enforce health and safety protocols in the workplace.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the service team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with food and beverage service procedures.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus for the Lead Service Crew position.
