📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social programs that align with the foundation's mission and vision.,Coordinate with community leaders, stakeholders, and partners to ensure program success.,Monitor and evaluate program progress, and make necessary adjustments.,Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and stakeholders.,Organize and lead community engagement activities and events.,Prepare and present program reports to stakeholders and the foundation's board.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in community development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social program coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of community development principles and practices.,Excellent project management and organizational skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
