📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Assist the Head Chef in developing and implementing new menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's permit or equivalent.
