📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and train store staff to maintain high performance standards,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior
