📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to support employee growth.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace satisfaction.
• Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs.
• Coordinate benefits administration and ensure employees are aware of and utilizing available benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
