📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee site supervision and ensure compliance with construction and architectural standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure all architectural designs are accurately translated into construction plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Site Architect with at least 5 years of experience in construction and architectural projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-impact projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
