📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize live streaming schedules to maximize viewer engagement and sales.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to create compelling live streaming content.
• Monitor live streaming analytics to identify trends and optimize future content.
• Ensure smooth technical operations during live streams using tools like OBS Studio, StreamYard, and Zoom.
• Train and mentor junior staff on live streaming best practices and technical requirements.
• Develop and implement live streaming strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure live streaming promotions are effectively communicated.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in live streaming and e-commerce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in live streaming operations or similar roles in e-commerce.
• Proven experience in managing live streaming platforms and tools like OBS Studio, StreamYard, and Zoom.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during live streaming events.
• Certification in live streaming or related fields is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
