📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports and final project reports.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in construction project management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
- Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
