📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking guests and local teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Plan and execute events and activities, working closely with vendors and local partners.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor local staff on operational best practices and guest service standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations coordination or a similar role in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of operational tools and software, such as CRM systems, event planning software, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the hospitality and tourism industry.
• Certification in a relevant field, such as Event Management or Hospitality Operations, is a plus.
