📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking using POS systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive sales targets and implement marketing strategies to boost store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and execute store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
