🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in international business, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of international business regulations, trade agreements, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain key client relationships.
• Proficiency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP, or willingness to learn.
• Certification in international business or related field a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
