📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design and implementation of interior spaces, ensuring they meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Manage a team of interior designers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their expectations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, managing resources and timelines effectively.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating them into your projects.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior designers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all design projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record in project management.
• Proven experience in leading design teams and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
