📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and record all financial transactions related to procurement activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the procurement team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of financial records.
• Provide financial support to the procurement team in purchasing and vendor management.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Participate in financial audits and reviews as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
