You'll also be responsible for recruiting top talent, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand their needs and develop HR solutions.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
