📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage technical programs from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management.
• Mentor and develop junior technical program managers to build a skilled team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of technical project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Proficient in using project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
