📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and treat patients with physical therapy needs, including post-surgical, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and the latest rehabilitation techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, pain management, and lifestyle modifications to promote healing and long-term health.
• Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in the hospital's electronic health record system (Epic).
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.
• Promote a safe and inclusive work environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Nurse or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or equivalent.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, such as Epic.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
